What Makes a Next Gen® Home Different?
Unlike a traditional home with an extra bedroom, a Next Gen® floor plan is intentionally designed to create two connected living environments.
Depending on the floor plan, the private suite may include:

During My Research…

One of the reasons I wanted to begin my Builder Guide Series with Lennar is that they helped redefine what multigenerational living could look like.
What impresses me most isn’t simply that they build homes with private suites.
It’s that they recognize families come in many different forms.

Others are helping adult children gain financial stability.
Some simply want a home that can adapt as life changes.
