About Me

Hi, I’m Kristin “Kris” Geesey — and real estate runs deep in my roots.

As a third-generation Realtor®, I grew up watching both my mother and grandfather serve their clients with heart and integrity — and I’m proud to carry on that legacy. I work with both buyers and sellers across all price points, offering personalized service, clear communication, and a detail-oriented approach. But where I truly specialize — and where my passion lies — is in helping multigenerational families navigate life transitions that often intersect with housing. Whether it’s a growing family exploring shared living or a seasoned multigenerational household navigating changes or challenges, I bring knowledge, compassion, and steady guidance to every step.

I have had the privilege of living in a Multigenerational Home for more than ten years and have helped many other families navigate their journey into this lifestyle. I know the elements that make the lifestyle work well, what you need to be considering legally, financially and practically in your multigenerational home and bring a hands on, experienced point of view to your real estate transaction.

My journey into real estate began when I worked alongside my mother as her assistant. After raising my two daughters, I became licensed myself and stepped fully into residential real estate. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of serving as the Employing Broker for two Colorado brokerages from 2019 to 2025, giving me valuable leadership experience and deep market insight.

I believe in lifelong learning, and I’m constantly sharpening my skills through professional development so I can educate and empower my clients. Real estate isn’t just about closing deals — it’s about helping people make confident, informed decisions at pivotal moments in life.

Originally from Colorado, I still feel most at home in the mountains — but I’m embracing the beauty of the Arizona desert and learning the unique dynamics of this market. My husband Mark and I have been married for over 38 years, and we love spending time with  our two daughters who also call Phoenix home. When I’m not working, you’ll find us exploring new places, spending time with our church community, or planning our next adventure.

From first homes to forever homes, I’m here to help you — and your family — every step of the way.
